Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals has launched a state-of-the-art research facility at Scripps Ranch Technology Park, encompassing 155,000 square feet. This expansive two-story building hosts 77,000 square feet of Class “A” office space and 52,000 square feet of high-tech laboratories. The facility is distinguished by its communal spaces, such as flexible work areas with interconnected staircases, an advanced training room with audio-visual capabilities, and a fitness center, all finished with meticulous detail and custom millwork.

One hundred seventy-five of our Vela 6 luminaires illuminate this sophisticated environment, complementing the facility's overall design and functionality. This facility has achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting a dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
