Whiz 2.0
Flagship High Ceiling Solution
Whiz 2.0 redefines what a high-ceiling luminaire can be. Designed to stand apart from conventional high bays, it is a premium architectural fixture where performance and form are equally intentional. Its iconic profile is defined by a sculptural, ribbed aluminum body—where the heat sink is not hidden, but expressed. Precision-spaced fins wrap the fixture in a domed silhouette, creating a visual rhythm that feels both technical and refined. The result is a luminaire that commands presence in spaces where design, prestige, and visual identity matter as much as output.
Engineered for demanding environments, Whiz 2.0 delivers up to 41,900 lumens, is DLC listed, and supports Meteor’s full range of Archi-Color® color changing technologies. Designed for mounting heights of 30 ft and above, it is suitable for large commercial, civic, and sports venues. Multiple mounting configurations, including stem, surface, and inverted uplight installations, along with a comprehensive accessory ecosystem, enable Whiz 2.0 to adapt to a wide range of applications, from architectural statements to specialized sports and natatorium environments.

Features

Architectural Presence
Whiz 2.0 is designed to be seen. Moving beyond the conventional industrial high-bay aesthetic, its refined, disc-shaped form and clean proportions give it the presence of a premium architectural luminaire. Suspended in space, it reads as intentional and sculptural rather than utilitarian, allowing Whiz 2.0 to stand out in environments where visual identity and prestige are as important as performance.

Design Meets Thermal Performance
The signature ribbed heat-fin design is both functional and expressive. Inspired by architectural rib structures, the precisely spaced aluminum fins create parallel airflow channels that maximize heat dissipation across the surface area. Rather than concealing thermal elements, Whiz 2.0 celebrates them, turning performance-driven engineering into a defining visual feature that complements bold, modern architectural spaces.
