High-performance Airtight Outdoor Downlight
REV Hydro is a full exterior-grade recessed downlight engineered with IP65 protection and a fully concealed body that blocks water, dust, and insects. Delivering up to 7,200 lumens at 90 W from a compact 6″ aperture, it provides powerful, high-output performance for outdoor ceilings while maintaining a clean architectural appearance. Its innovation and category-leading capabilities were recognized in the 2025 IES Progress Report.
Built around a triple-layer sealing system, REV Hydro combines a one-piece aluminum unibody, a stainless steel glass rim with O-ring gasket, and pressure-sealed optics secured by a precision silicone gasket to ensure long-term waterproof reliability. Optional marine-grade finishes enhance durability in coastal environments, while an ASTM E283-compliant airtight configuration expands suitability for controlled interior spaces. Select configurations support Archi-Color® W+RGB, and a downlight-to-cylinder conversion option allows pendant installation without compromising environmental protection.

Triple Layer Protection
REV Hydro is constructed with a seamless Uni-body housing that eliminates leaks. The core light engine is tightly enclosed and reinforced with silicone seals. Completing this triple-layer defense, a durable glass rim cover blocks water and insects from below.
