The REV Series is Meteor’s flagship recessed downlight platform, engineered for demanding high-ceiling environments and architectural applications where performance cannot be compromised. Available in 4″, 6″, and 8″ apertures, REV delivers powerful, glare-controlled output capable of supporting mounting heights above 30 ft, making it a proven solution for large-scale commercial and public spaces.
As Meteor’s most versatile downlight family, REV supports the full range of proprietary color technologies, including Archi-Color® W+RGB, W+Hue, Tunable White, and Warm Dim. With configurations for new construction and retrofit and lumen packages capable of replacing 400–500 W metal halide fixtures, REV enables substantial reductions in energy use and maintenance.

High Above
Designed for mounting heights well above 30 ft, REV Series delivers powerful illumination without visual discomfort. A double optical reflector system shapes and refines the beam, reducing glare while maintaining high center beam intensity and uniform distribution. The result is a clean, comfortable glow that reaches the floor from significant heights.
Archi-Color® W+RGB
REV Series extends beyond high-output white light with Archi-Color® W+RGB capability, allowing dynamic color expression without compromising white-light quality. Designers can transition seamlessly from crisp architectural white to saturated color scenes within a single fixture. This integrated approach enables REV Series to serve as both a primary downlight and a flexible design tool for evolving architectural environments.
