Natatorium Lighting Design: A Dance of Light and Water

The new 35,000-square-foot facility serves the college swim teams and the local community, that feature NCAA-compliant facilities, wet offices, eight competition lanes and a separate diving and spectator areas.

Eighty-one powerful Bolt floodlights are installed in a stem mount to offer uniform uplight illumination mounted along the perimeter. Photometric calculations show 79 average fc on the pool deck, ensuring excellent visibility during competitions and contributing to an outstanding aquatic experience.
